This week in IOP, we had a guest speaker from Franny Peabody Center come to talk about STD, HIV and Hepatitis. We learned about prevention, protection and self-care.
In addition, this week we had group members transfer to residential treatment. It is inspirational to see people get the help they need. We are learning that honesty, accountability and humility are key to recovery and building self-esteem.
The women of Crossroads for Women’s IOP share their thoughts on a regular basis on this blog in hopes of helping other women in recovery.
