Shannon Trainor

Shannon Trainor, LCSW, CCS

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Shannon has served as Crossroads’ CEO since 2013. A licensed clinician who has held leadership roles in the behavioral health field for over 15 years, Shannon oversees the administrative and programmatic functions for the entire agency. Shannon has extensive experience working with children, adolescents and adults struggling with mental health and substance use issues and has worked as a clinical director in both outpatient and residential facilities prior to joining Crossroads.

Mary Anne Roy

Mary Anne Roy, Psy.D., CCS

CHIEF CLINICAL OFFICER

Dr. Roy is a licensed psychologist and certified clinical supervisor who has expertise in the co-occurring treatment of women with addiction. Her extensive career in the mental health and addiction field has provided her with the experience and knowledge necessary to provide strong leadership and direction throughout Crossroads’ continuum of care. As CCO, Dr. Roy oversees all clinical operations of the organization which includes multiple outpatient and inpatient programs.

Teresa Heinfeld Bendokas

Teresa Bendokas-Heinfeld, CADC

DIRECTOR OF SYSTEMS & TECHNOLOGY

Teresa came to Crossroads in 2006 with a background in child and adolescent inpatient psychiatric treatment and a degree in Psychology. Teresa uses her clinical background and intimate knowledge of Crossroads treatment to oversee the design and implementation of administrative and operational systems.

Vivian Trott

Vivian Trott

FINANCE DIRECTOR

Vivian joined the Crossroads finance team in 2012 with a 45-year career working in finance and accounting departments for several Maine non-profits. In her role as finance director Vivian oversees and manages the operating budget and monthly billing for the entire agency and provides the CEO with strategic recommendations for fiscally strong investments and operations for growth in all clinical programs and services.

Liz Twombly

Liz Twombly, PT, DPT, CHHi-CP

DIRECTOR OF COMPLIANCE

An experienced healthcare professional for over 16 years, Liz brings both clinical and management experience to her role as director of compliance. Liz is responsible for building systems and procedures to assure successful compliance with all state and federal laws, regulations and contracts that support the compliance and quality of Crossroads’ client care and services. As a member of the senior management team Liz provides all agency staff with guidance on 42 CFR and HIPAA policies and is responsible for managing the renewals and re-accreditations for state licenses, commercial insurance contracts and CARF.

Lesley Rawlings

Lesley Rawlings

DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT & COMMUNICATIONS

Lesley oversees all fundraising efforts of the organization and manages a comprehensive and strategic marketing plan that supports the organization’s vision and goals. Lesley brings 25 years of experience as a sales and marketing executive and over a decade of working in the Boston area as a fundraising professional for the American Cancer Society. Lesley works with individual donors, corporations and foundations in securing philanthropic support with a focus on funding client programs and services. An avid supporter of access to quality care, Lesley is committed to the mission and clients of Crossroads.
