I feel appreciated and valued as an employee, and trusted to get the job done on a daily basis. I love the work we do for our clients and the relationship between employees here at Crossroads. It is a great atmosphere that counteracts the stressful moments of the job.
Crossroads is a unique organization in the field of addiction treatment because it truly places values over profit which is demonstrated in our outcomes, morale, and client experiences. This is a client and employee centered treatment organization. I feel lucky and excited to work with my team every day.
