Barbara Dacri, MA, Executive Director
Barbara Dacri has been the executive director of Crossroads since 2001. In this role, Barbara oversees the administrative and programmatic functions of the agency in its entirety. While Barbara has more than 30 years experience in all aspects and levels of addiction prevention and treatment in executive management and clinical roles, her expertise is in gender-specific substance abuse treatment. Since joining Crossroads, Barbara has expanded the agency’s gender-focused treatment model to provide complete behavioral health services to both women and men in Maine. Barbara is a member of Maine Association of Substance Abuse Programs (MASAP) and has published several articles on substance abuse treatment.
Darcy Boulton, Director of Administrative Services
As director of administrative services for Crossroads, Darcy Boulton oversees business operations, outreach and marketing, human resources and information technology for the agency. Darcy joined Crossroads in 1991 and has played a significant role in the expansion of the agency’s services throughout her tenure.
Polly Haight Frawley, Chief of Operations
As Chief of Operations of Crossroads, Polly Haight Frawley provides the leadership and coordination of operations and is responsible for the oversight, design and quality of service provision systems and functions. Before joining Crossroads in 2003, Polly worked several years as a lawyer and mediator and was an assistant attorney general in the Maine Department of the Attorney General. Polly is admitted to practice law in Maine, a graduate of the Institute for Civic Leadership and recently completed two terms on the MSAD 51 Board of Directors. She currently serves on the board of Community Partnerships for Protecting Children.
Carol Rico, Finance Director
Carol Rico joined the Crossroads senior management team in 2011 and is responsible for the overall financial management of the agency. Carol has 25 years of finance and accounting experience, with 16 years as a chief financial officer in Portland area nonprofits. She holds a Master of Science in business. Her knowledge of government funding, contract management and fundraising are invaluable to Crossroads.
Shannon Trainor, LCSW, CCS, Clinical Director
Shannon Trainor joined Crossroads in 2009 as clinical director. In this role, Shannon oversees all of Crossroads’ outpatient and residential clinical practices at the agency’s four sites. Shannon has extensive experience working with children, adolescents and adults struggling with mental health and substance abuse issues and has worked as a clinical director in both outpatient and residential facilities prior to joining Crossroads.
